I appreciate that sir looking the information and the meaning of CONCEPT for me, after received the mail, I had briefly read the point. I also do some research after my work. In my research I knowing that the information did assist in the internet, but the point is the information you give is “WHAT IS DEEP UNDERSTANDING”, but not what is concept. I also know that these two things is related, but not exactly. From the information from sir, I notice that the information are mostly: Deep understanding involves…deep understanding…. The topic we talking now is CONCEPT right? From the information sir give, I pretty sure that sir familiar with this: Concepts are like mental representations which, in their simplest forms, can be expressed by a single word, such as “plant” or “animal”, “alive” or “dead”, “table” or “chair”, “apple” or “orange”. Concepts MAY ALSO represent a set of IDEAS that can be describe with few words. Within a particular representational structure, concept helps us to make DEDUCATION and EXPLAIN even more complex ideas. And this is the information I found in the same place which sir provide the information for me. And I also found that the information given is deep understanding related the CONCEPT in the explanation, and the CONCEPT did not related the deep understanding in it. Sir, you might say that in the CONCEPT, we can understand deeply, but why not Olympia College provide better education in the practical? So that the student can understand more clearly when they are handle the things themselves. If they are doing mistake, they can learn from the mistake. Sir, imagine that computer lab, the lecturer is teaching the student step by step, and the student can really practice in the class, when the system error, the student can ask and find out what is the mistake they make. If the class only carry out with the CONCEPT, they might understand and they can remember it, but what if when they really do it on the computer, and suddenly error appear, how are they going to solve?

Sir, in your mail, I not really understand that adapt 3 PMS software applications for students to learn the application of concepts. In the end, are they still going to learn only the concept? Please make it clear for me, thank you. 
Next, sir I would like to inform that the practical is better than theory if sir still going to add in the module which only consist of CONCEPT. This information I get from the internet also. But let me tell you only the benefits.

The process is to provide “remembering” which basically means the concept of the software knowledge. Follow by the “understanding” by assessment, and “applying” of the usage during your internship. Sir in the process applying, why during internship only apply? Applying early in college also a good thing what? Learn in earlier understand It better. We have computer lab to learn, we had front office desk to practice, why don’t we use the things provide wisely?
Olympia College has adopted the levels defined in the 2002 Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy as the framework to govern the cognitive competency from learning outcome of each module. Defines in 2002, sir that’s already 13 years ago, no student complaint doesn’t mean that no problem with this. They are just keeping quiet as they might not put too much hope on the change that can be happen. With the information given, 13years is not a short period and sir doesn’t think to adopt or achieve a better framework for each module? Improve can be done frequently, don’t too satisfied with the situation which are comfort to you now. You comfort too much for now, you will suffer in the future.
Last but not lease, I would like to confirm again the change which will be carry on, and more details about it. I’m not here to argue or debate with sir, I just to inform the opinion which in my mind, and I also hope that sir will understand, that’s the student’s rights, thank you for your reply and thanks again for the time you spend to discuss with Mr Jack.
