Sir,
     I think you are not really understand my request, to let the student more clear about the system, I don't think learning the overall CONCEPT is enough. If learn only the CONCEPT, the student will only understand from theory, they won't understand how to handle it. The meaning of CONCEPT is just to know from the title, not the basic, not the details. Sir, it is same, if the student are provide the module to learn only the overall CONCEPT, then why don't the Olympia College only provide the overall CONCEPT of the diploma, which tell them"IN HOTEL INDUSTRY YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT 9DEPARTMENT,WHICH ARE F.O,HK,FNB,KITCHEN BLA BLA BLA,THAT ALL,THIS IS ALL THE CONCEPT WE PROVIDE,AND THIS COSTS EACH STUDENT RM19500". Sir, do you see this is CONCEPT.
      Sir, yes in this world,every single things are different, I also understand that in every hotel industry, the layout are different, but the FUNCTION are SAME. In this case, if the student learn well in basic about those system, when there are different, they can change, change is easier than learn from beginning.
So before I ended, I would like to request a few software which is MOSTLY USED in the Hotel Industry.
